Open Horizons

Open Horizons is a not-for-profit community organisation bringing together people from Micro Focus, partner companies and customers. Knowledge transfer and friendship are the guiding principles.  Chapters exist in several EMEA countries.

Projects include publishing Open Horizons Magazine; training services; GW@Home and running the highly successful annual Open Horizons Summit.

Open Horizons Magazine

First published in 2008 Open Horizons Magazine is the only publication dedicated to Micro Focus collaboration and endpoint technologies. Published quarterly it covers the technology and markets covered by Micro Focus (formerly Novell) and its partners as well as associated base technologies, such as (SUSE) Linux.  Over time the magazine has evolved and now regularly features articles pertaining to the NetIQ security, access and identity management portfolio.  Articles are submitted by both Micro Focus staff and members of the community.

Coinciding with the publication of Issue 27 we have launched Open Horizons Magazine Digital Edition.  As you will see this brings together the current and past issues into a searchable body of writing and we hope that the magazine will continue to grow into a valued knowledgebase for everything Micro Focus and more.
